Jacqueline Chow is a professional trainer, curriculum designer, and business role player with experience in developing and delivering a variety of training and communication programs for both the public and private sector.

 

As a facilitator in training workshops, she is able to motivate learners and deliver her message with clarity, respect and enthusiasm. Jacqueline has conducted workshops in the areas of presentation, interpersonal skills, customer service, and diversity and inclusion.

 

Her background as a professional actress in theatre, television and film has cultivated her skills in characterisation and improvisation, which are valuable assets as a corporate role player. She has lent her expertise to training programs for government bodies and industries such as banking, insurance, consultancy, logistics and manufacturing. She has also written and devised role player briefs for a medical program.

 

Jacqueline designed and teaches an emcee course at the Singapore Management University and conducts emcee and presentation workshops for schools and organizations.

 

Jacqueline holds a Masters of Science in Management (MSc) and a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
